Key Responsibilities
- Aid in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Create and update marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, product sheets, case studies, and sales materials.
- Develop engaging marketing content for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Support branding initiatives to maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Prepare promotional content and coordinate marketing activities for new product launches.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the production, review, and distribution of marketing materials.
- Coordinate the ordering and availability of product samples and promotional items.
Digital Marketing
- Maintain and update website content to ensure it remains current and engaging.
- Support SEO initiatives and digital marketing campaigns to improve online visibility.
- Plan, schedule, and engage with social media content.
- Work with regional teams to tailor marketing initiatives to local business needs.
- Maintain CRM and marketing databases while supporting lead management activities.
- Provide marketing resources to assist sales teams in generating and nurturing new business opportunities.
Events & Promotions
- Coordinate company participation in trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events, and internal meetings.
- Manage event logistics, promotional materials, registrations, and post-event follow-up.
- Build relationships with event organizers and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Support lead tracking and reporting following marketing events.
Additional Duties
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the Sales & Marketing leadership team.
- Perform other marketing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site position
Monday-Friday
Standard business hours (8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
Occasional travel required for meetings, events, and trade shows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, business development, or a related field.
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
- Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience within the labeling, packaging, printing, manufacturing, or industrial products industry.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as: Salesforce, WordPress, Qualtrics.
