About the role

The Marketing Specialist role is based in New York City and reports directly to the U.S. Vice President of Marketing. This position is ideal for an early-career marketing professional eager to support brand execution and cross-functional project coordination. The incumbent will play a vital role in managing day-to-day marketing activities across the Bel portfolio, ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards. The role involves supporting budget management, asset coordination, vendor relations, and communication of project timelines. The Marketing Specialist will serve as a key organizational support, helping to streamline processes, facilitate collaboration among teams, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing materials and activations. This hybrid work position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to impactful projects that support the company's mission and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets by maintaining accurate trackers, invoices, and budget entries, and supporting annual planning cycles.
  • Coordinate the delivery of go-to-market toolkits, brand artwork, e-content, and in-store marketing assets by organizing timelines, gathering inputs, and following up with partners.
  • Support vendor management processes, including vendor setup, documentation, processing goods receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Track and support packaging artwork workflows within EKSO, ensuring timely approvals and updates.
  • Assist in organizing in-store merchandising tools, sales support materials, and product samples by coordinating with relevant teams and partners.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand support, project coordination, agency work, CPG, retail, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Experience supporting brand teams, cross-functional partners, and agencies.
  • Exposure to brand guidelines, marketing assets, packaging workflows, and in-store marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with SAP, Esko, or similar tools is a plus.
