Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Attend office, industry, and networking events to build relationships with collaborators.
• Serving as the face of the brand at events. This involves engaging directly with consumers and collaborators, answering questions, and creating a positive, personal connection.
• Engaging directly with potential and existing customers to educate them about products or services and answer questions.
• Collecting feedback, insights, and data from customers and prospects to inform marketing strategies.
• Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand.
• Answer and make phone calls to potential clients and agents.

Qualifications

• Relational and excel at building strong connections within the community.
• Possess strong organizational skills and are capable of managing multiple marketing initiatives.
• Are sales-driven and can leverage promotions to increase business performance.
• Have experience in event coordination, social media management, or community outreach.
• Show a commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth.
