Marketing Specialist

About the Role

The Marketing Specialist builds our brand presence and implements targeted strategies for both Fresh Foods and Home & Garden, handling everything from visual graphic design and digital strategy to performance analytics that directly drive sales. This is a full-time position at our Corporate Office, requiring Monday through Friday availability. Stauffers of Kissel Hill is a local and family-owned company that values teamwork, respect, integrity, commitment, and service. We promote our team from within our own company and will teach you with on-the-job training and leadership classes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message for the company.
• Design and produce layouts for materials to be presented in traditional/digital media, along with editing, reviewing, and proofing for accuracy.
• Provide creative support for digital and content marketing (website, email, reels, app, social media posts, and digital ads).
• Use creativity and skills to improve user experience and achieve specific results.
• Bring new ideas for design and content creation to the marketing team using expertise and an eye for great design.
• Cross-train on responsibilities within the department.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends, making recommendations to keep our company at the forefront.
• Track monthly social media and campaign performance metrics, coordinate project timelines, manage vendor invoices, and support general department administrative needs.
• Positively interact and effectively communicate with the marketing team and other team members.
• Perform other duties within the marketing department or other areas as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, and Meta.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently to meet uncompromising deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
