Pay

$27.88 to $31.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Flexible daytime scheduling between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-brand marketing strategies that highlight manufacturing capabilities and generate new leads
• Create compelling digital and print content for websites, social media, trade publications, and customer communications
• Manage marketing platforms including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing tools
• Build monthly analytics dashboards to track engagement, audience reach, and campaign ROI
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, and outside agency partners to support customer growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing, preferably within B2B or manufacturing
• Proven background managing brand identity, content creation, and digital strategy
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email/CRM, paid media, and analytics tools
• Proficiency or familiarity with Canva, ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, and Microsoft 365
• Strong written and visual storytelling skills with a strategic, analytical mindset
