About the role
Foothills Presbyterian Community is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Marketing Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing team and assist with the continued growth of our Independent Living community. This position plays a key role in supporting residents through the sales process, coordinating marketing and administrative activities, and helping future residents personalize their new homes through interior finish selections.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, website, and walk-in inquiries and assist with lead management.
- Conduct community tours and support prospective residents through the sales process.
- Maintain and update CRM records, prospect information, and reporting databases.
- Coordinate resident interior finish selections and track construction-related documentation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and sales events while providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, contracts, applications, and move-in documentation.
- Manage office operations, filing systems, design samples, supplies, and marketing materials.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, prospects, and team members.
- Assist with managing the marketing database by updating prospect and resident information, activities, and status.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior living setting
- Skills: Intermediate computer skills; Strong organizational and customer service skills; Valid South Carolina driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Senior Living
- Skills: Experience with CRM software; Strong communication, administrative, and reporting skills
