Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile, agile, and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing B2B healthcare startup. Working directly under the guidance of the Marketing Director, you will handle the day-to-day tactical execution of our marketing initiatives targeting rural health systems, critical access hospitals, and rehabilitation hospitals. As a marketing generalist with 5 years of experience, you are an efficient "doer" who can seamlessly manage multiple tasks across digital channels and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Digital Execution

• Content Drafting: Write and draft blog posts, social media updates, and website copy tailored to rural healthcare buyers based on guidelines from the Director.
• Email Coordination: Build, test, and schedule email newsletters and automated nurturing sequences within HubSpot.
• Social Media Management: Maintain the organic social media calendar and post regular updates to professional networks like LinkedIn.

Sales & Event Support

• Collateral Maintenance: Update and format sales pitch decks, one-pagers, and brochures to ensure they are client-ready.
• Logistics Support: Assist with the execution of webinars, trade shows, and conferences by managing shipping, registration lists, and promotional materials.

Operations & Data Tracking

• CRM Administration: Perform routine updates in Salesforce and HubSpot to maintain clean lead data and accurate lists.
• Basic Reporting: Pull weekly or monthly analytics reports on email performance, website traffic, and social engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary B2B marketing role.
• Software Competency: Solid, hands-on experience using both HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Writing & Editing: Strong proofreading and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Mindset: Highly organized, agile, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation

Salary: $50,000 annually
