About the role

The role is available to work in a hybrid capacity, ideally within approximately 60–70 miles of Point Pleasant, New Jersey, with candidates located between New Jersey and New York particularly well suited to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing activity across the USA and LATAM regions, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
  • Manage and measure external marketing and PR vendors ensuring that activity is aligned with Paladone WeCool commercial ambition, content is shared across appropriate channels, and ROI is tracked & reported on.
  • Work closely with Sales and eCommerce teams to support product launches, promotions and commercial objectives.
  • Manage marketing activity calendars and support influencer marketing campaigns in partnership with external agencies.
  • Cook up email marketing campaigns, maintaining customer lists and supporting targeted communications to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Aid PR, trade media and content initiatives to increase brand awareness and support new product launches.
  • Help deliver retailer, distributor and licensor marketing activations across the region.
  • Support website content updates and work with agency partners to improve digital performance.
  • Build positive working relationships with retailers, distributors, licensors and external marketing partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports, sharing insights and recommendations with the wider team.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to help identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, approvals and key deliverables are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate marketing plans, calendars and project updates to support effective team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Commercial marketing & events coordinator to support the planning, organisation and execution of all Trade Shows & Events for Paladone & WeCool Toys in the Americas region (attendance at certain events may be required).

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience across B2B and/or B2C environments, with experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting product launches, promotional campaigns or brand-building initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience working with external agencies, suppliers or business partners would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using data and campaign insights to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently and see projects through to completion.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and new opportunities arise.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing platforms, CMS systems or analytics tools.
  • A genuine passion for marketing, brands and consumer products.
  • Experience within the toy, gift, licensing or FMCG sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.

Qualifications

  • Marketing degree or professional qualification desirable.
