The Lifecycle Marketing Automation team at Carbonite + Webroot seeks an enthusiastic Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to execute engagement and retention strategy for the Professional segment, focusing on end‑to‑end campaign creation (copy/design, audience creation, email deployment, A/B testing, reporting) and reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage global ad hoc email campaigns using Marketo and Oracle Responsys.
• Coordinate with a global, cross‑functional team of marketers (demand generation, creative services, product marketing) to create and execute campaigns.
• Maintain email KPIs (Open Rate, Click‑to‑Open Rate, Conversion, Unsubscribes) against set baselines through continuous test‑and‑learn.
• Build and continually conduct an optimization framework / A/B testing to assess and improve acquisition and retention performance across all user touch points.
• Ensure compliance and manage strategy for GDPR, CCPA and similar regulations.

Requirements

• 2/3+ years of experience in lifecycle/email marketing with a B2C brand; SaaS experience preferred.
• Proven track record of working at strategic and tactical levels to develop and execute innovative, effective campaigns.
• Experience with Marketo and/or Oracle Responsys.
• Knowledge of HTML.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights; competency with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail while grasping the big picture.
