Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience; hospitality experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of SEO, AI Search optimization, Google Analytics (GA4), website content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
- Experience managing website content and functionality.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Revinate, Mailchimp, or similar) preferred.
- Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva strongly preferred.
- Photography and basic video editing skills a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft 365 and marketing software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute efficiently.
Essential Functions
- Manage all website content, updates, functionality, landing pages, and ongoing optimization.
- Execute SEO strategy and AI Search optimization to improve organic visibility and search performance.
- Aid in designing digital and print marketing materials including signage, email graphics, presentations, and promotional collateral while maintaining brand standards.
- Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, and content creation projects.
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and assist with CRM initiatives.
- Assist with digital advertising asset management and campaign execution.
- Cook with internal departments and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Maintain digital asset libraries, marketing inventories, and brand standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging marketing technology, SEO, and AI Search developments.
