Marketing Specialist

Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and coordinate the execution of marketing content.
• Develop sales materials associated with projects, including qualifications packages, boilerplate materials, and presentations.
• Develop project information pages.
• Maintain the CRM system.
• Manage townhalls.
• Ensure all materials align with company-wide branding and templates.
• Build effective relationships within and across teams.

• Strong writing, editing, and graphic design/layout skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), Word, and PowerPoint.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of strong proposal writing and production experience in A/E/C industry preferred.
• Experience managing social media channels is a plus.
