About the Role

The Marketing Specialist supports the broader Member and Donor marketing team by managing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and projects. This role coordinates the collection of feedback, assets, and deliverables to ensure projects meet defined objectives, are delivered on time, and yield effective results.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with marketing and business teammates to understand objectives.
  • Communicate proactively by providing recommendations, plans, project statuses, and issues.
  • Provide input on project and campaign strategies.
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget completion from concept through implementation.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Understand and interpret company branding standards.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of project management best practices.
  • Experience with content development, both written and visual.
  • Understanding of creative development processes.
  • Experience with marketing campaign management.
  • Ability to build effective relationships.
  • Demonstrate advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Manage multiple streams of work with varying levels of complexity.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Be a self-starter.
  • Commit to travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in marketing, planning, communications, project management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • Experience working successfully with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with campaign management, awareness, and/or engagement programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare and/or non-profit experience.
