Role Description & Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Automation & Engagement Specialist to help power our digital marketing operations - with a strong focus on email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and copywriting. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology and content execution.
- Support email and nurture marketing execution, including building templates, testing content, managing audience segmentation, and ensuring deliverability.
- Manage ongoing email cadence (weekly sends + monthly one-off campaigns).
- Write, edit, and proof content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Contribute to improving search visibility, SEO and AEO exposure.
- Support landing page updates and ensure content alignment with campaigns.
- Assist in improving website content for clarity, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop and maintain automated customer journeys and nurture sequences.
- Collaborate closely with the internal Marketing Analyst to implement campaigns efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, OR Equivalent Work Experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms).
- Experience building email campaigns, segmentations, and automated workflows.
- Strong attention to detail (proofing, accuracy, consistency).
- Strong writing and content editing ability for email/web content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web content management (WordPress or similar CMS).
