About the role

We are looking for an early-career marketer who can diligently maintain our CRM and its integrations, while supporting the company’s marketing needs and sales outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Owning day-to-day configuration of our HubSpot CRM
  • Setting up and maintaining consistent workflows, automations, and campaign attribution across platforms
  • Regularly checking contact data, segments, database integrations, and lead routing
  • Maintaining data quality and cleaning up messy data from uploads and syncs
  • Designing and delivering accurate reports that show what we've done and what's working
  • Supporting and launching paid ad campaigns with the help of CRM data
  • Aiding with tradeshow logistics and sales presentations
  • Learning more about our targets and customers, bringing in info to keep the sales pipeline moving
  • Implementing and experimenting with new marketing and sales tools, and developing AI-assisted outreach workflows
  • Prioritizing cross-functional teams to execute projects like webinars and product launches that generate awareness and drive demand
  • Helping create high-quality marketing content — including product guides, social media, sales enablement, and video — across different channels
  • Expanding your experience to all facets of marketing in a fun, collaborative environment

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business operations
  • Advanced and referenceable proficiency in HubSpot, in an operational or analytical role

Qualifications

  • Curiosity - a drive to understand how our product fits into the surgical ecosystem, and how to market it effectively
  • Reliability - someone we can count on to maintain systems day in and day out
  • Diligence - you care about accuracy, pulling the thread on small issues and considering how to address them in downstream processes
  • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • AI skills and a willingness to apply AI tools in day-to-day work
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot

Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Benefits include generous health, dental, and vision insurance; an employer-matched 401(k); paid time off; and remote work flexibility

Pay

Based on experience and location, the target salary range for this role is $64-$75K.

Schedule

This is a fully remote opportunity. However, candidates near/accessible to NYC, Boston, or Cleveland are strongly preferred. You must be able to meet quarterly in Boston, and to support Trade Shows nationally. In total, expect about 4-5 weeks of business travel annually. We strongly prefer employees in the Eastern Time Zone. If you live elsewhere, it would be great to demonstrate previous experience working core M-F business hours between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern.
