What You Will Do
- Fill beds at premium private-pay rates
- Build referral relationships
- Manage the prospect pipeline from inquiry to move-in
- Protect rate integrity
- Drive local digital presence
- Cook up and coordinate with leadership on paid campaigns and brand consistency
- Plan and execute community outreach events
- Report weekly on pipeline metrics
What You Will Bring
- Experience in senior living, home health, hospice, or healthcare marketing and sales
- Understanding of the referral ecosystem and knowledge of what a discharge planner needs to hear
- A bias toward action
- Comfort selling at a premium price point
- Comfort with both the field and the screen, genuine care for seniors and their families
