Key Responsibilities
- Serve as key contact for marketing communications planning, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
- Cook up daily marketing communication activities, develop briefs, and support creative/copy development with internal teams and agency partners.
- Aid in tracking budgets and compiling performance data for reporting and optimization.
- Support the implementation and management of marketing technology and processes; provide data administration and end user support.
- Ensure all materials meet Global Brand Guidelines and Digital Standards. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and agencies for efficient execution.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in marketing communications, with strong project management experience (especially in trafficking and copywriting).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
- Preferred: Ad agency or marketing communications background.
- Certifications: Project Management certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, and marketing workflow tools such as Aprimo, Figma, Monday.com, Slack.
- Top Skills & Technologies: Marketing Campaign Project Management, Strong Communication and Copywriting Skills, Experience with Campaign Workflow Technologies (Aprimo, Figma, etc.).
