About the Role

Join our team as a Marketing Specialist at the INTEGRIS Health Ponca City Hospital in Ponca City, OK. INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a dedicated caregiver to join us in our mission to partner with people to live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
• Develop campaigns promoting services and educating patients on relevant health topics.
• Utilize digital and traditional channels to effectively reach and engage health care consumers.
• Develop strategies to build relationships with health care professionals and physicians.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and communications teams, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of marketing campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign planning.
• Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of marketing experience in account management.
• Previous experience in health care marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to understand and articulate marketing strategies and concepts.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting.
