Proposal and Marketing Support
- Aid in the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing deliverables.
- Ensure alignment with company branding and client requirements.
- Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements to support the creation of compliant and tailored materials.
- Create graphics, templates, and visuals to enhance proposal and presentation content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather data, bios, project information, and other necessary components for marketing collateral.
- Maintain databases of resumes, project sheets, photos, and past proposals for easy access and reuse.
Marketing and Communications
- Create social media content, update the website, and produce internal/external newsletters.
- Coordinate events such as trade shows, association activities, and company milestones.
- Aid in award submittals and marketing campaigns to promote company achievements and initiatives.
- Develop creative, on-brand messaging for marketing deliverables, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Collaboration and Improvement
- Contribute to storytelling in marketing materials by identifying project successes.
- Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to develop engaging and competitive content.
- Research industry trends, tools, and competitors to enhance company marketing strategies.
Other Duties
- Support internal corporate culture initiatives, including employee engagement activities and surveys.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Work Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred). 6+ years of professional experience in marketing coordination, proposal development, or graphic design, preferably within the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, creative design skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, knowledge of modern marketing techniques, close visual acuity, ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical/Mental Requirements: Ability to work in a professional office setting using computers, phones, and standard equipment.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write, edit, and design engaging content.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative design skills with attention to detail and an eye for branding consistency.
- Proactive problem-solver who works well independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques, including digital campaigns and social media.
