Marketing Specialist

Analyze consumer demand, competitor offerings, seasonal trends, and digital marketplace activity in the outdoor recreation products industry. Evaluate advertising, e-commerce, and retail/wholesale campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization. Interpret sales, pricing, product, and customer engagement data to support targeting and promotional strategies. Assess existing marketing programs and recommend improvements to increase brand visibility, product demand, and sales performance. Must have a Master's Degree in Marketing and 12 months of working experience
