Marketing Specialist
About the role
The Marketing Specialist supports DuraServ's corporate and branch marketing efforts by coordinating marketing projects, maintaining brand consistency, monitoring marketing performance, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and partnering with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors. This role helps advance DuraServ's growth objectives by improving visibility, supporting branch needs, strengthening reporting, and ensuring marketing activities are organized, timely, and aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate and branch marketing initiatives that increase visibility, generate demand, and strengthen DuraServ's brand presence.
- Partner with leadership, branches, sales, operations, agencies, and vendors to coordinate marketing priorities, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and follow-up.
- Maintain consistency across DuraServ corporate and branch brands, including messaging, visual standards, web content, promotional materials, signage, and customer-facing communications.
- Support digital marketing activities, including website updates, landing pages, content accuracy, user experience improvements, SEO, paid media, local search, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Monitor marketing analytics, campaign performance, Power BI reporting, website metrics, and agency reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
- Assist with the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, printed materials, presentations, advertising, and branch-specific marketing requests.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to manage active projects, invoices, performance updates, vendor spend, and assigned deliverables.
- Support new acquisitions by helping integrate branches into DuraServ's brand, marketing resources, vendor relationships, website environment, signage needs, and request processes.
- Encourage and support use of Asana or other designated systems to manage marketing requests, track projects, and improve visibility into active work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Two to five years of marketing experience, preferably in a multi-location, field-service, B2B, construction, distribution, or related business environment.
- Experience supporting multiple marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, website content, paid media, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, reporting, and marketing project coordination.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, vendors, internal customers, and cross-functional business partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Power BI, CRM systems, CMS platforms, Asana, or similar project management tools preferred.

Travel
Occasional travel may be required to support branches, vendors, company meetings, field visits, training, acquisitions, or marketing initiatives. May occasionally participate in ride-alongs, site visits, branch visits, or field observations to better understand DuraServ operations and customer needs.
