Marketing Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing and advertising campaigns such as email, social media, print campaigns, digital campaigns and events.
• Maintain social media efforts such as developing and posting content, promoting events through social media, building engagement, monitoring interactions, etc.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Create marketing materials, such as products and services collateral, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
• Responsible for bank website maintenance and development.
• Maintain search engine business profiles to include holidays, business hours, updated profile photos, etc.
• Aid in special events (both internal and external) including event photography/video, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• Marketing experience required.
• College coursework in marketing and/or graphic design may substitute for hands-on experience at the discretion of management.
• Valid drivers license required in order to conduct bank related business.
• Willingness to drive personal vehicle required.
• Availability to work outside of normal business hours in order to assist with bank sponsored events and activities required. This includes evenings (after 5pm) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), etc.
