Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
• Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts
• Manage marketing budget and resources effectively
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns
• Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
