In This Role, You Will
- Collaborate with sales professionals to execute marketing tasks for property campaigns, pitch materials, business development efforts, and brand-related initiatives.
- Create, update, and distribute a variety of marketing materials—including offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, and signage—for office, retail, and industrial properties using tools such as PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Balance the use of templates with custom design to ensure deliverables are visually compelling and brand-compliant.
- Support the development of proposals and pitches by gathering content, organizing information, and designing customized presentations and supporting graphics.
- Prepare and proofread marketing materials and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with messaging standards.
- Create supporting visuals such as charts, maps, and infographics for presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
- Build and deploy email campaigns, manage distribution lists, and track key engagement metrics.
- Track project timelines, coordinate deliverables, and maintain quality control across ongoing projects.
- Assist with materials for marketing events and broker-sponsor activities.
- Draft web and social content in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Stay current on design and commercial real estate marketing trends to support ongoing creative innovation.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing or design roles, preferably within commercial real estate or a professional services firm.
- Experience supporting business development or client service teams is advantageous.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and basic HTML is a plus.
- Excellent visual design and layout judgment.
- Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing projects and assets.
Pay
Annual salary range $64,170 - $80,000. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Employees will receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15 days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.
