About the role
The Marketing Specialist (internally called Marketing Project Coordinator) simultaneously manages multiple marketing projects and campaigns, maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the team's brand, drive business development, and support property marketing efforts.
- Create compelling client presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral while ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all channels.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize content, improve efficiency, and increase engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness in social media strategy, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of marketing projects, ensuring the timely development of proposals, presentations, property marketing campaigns, websites, and other client-facing deliverables.
- Partner with brokers, research, and marketing professionals to develop data-driven marketing strategies, market insights, client presentations, and pursuit materials; present recommendations and marketing strategies directly to clients and participate in client meetings.
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee the planning and execution of client events, social gatherings, property tours, open houses, marketing photography, and custom-branded promotional gifts that enhance client engagement and team visibility.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet competing deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work within critical deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $70,304 to $84,872
