This role is essential to the successful execution of our projects. As a Marketing Specialist, you will lead scalable end-to-end digital experiences, focusing on digital strategy and campaign optimization to create audience-first journeys that drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute targeted social media ad campaigns.
• Create compelling video campaigns for brand visibility.
• Design and implement email marketing newsletters.
• Contribute to website design for optimized user experience.
• Develop and edit high-quality graphics, videos, and photos.
• Integrate AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance SEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Art, or related field.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Experience with photography, videography, and video production.
• Strong ability to craft and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Expertise in data-driven insights for optimizing social media content.
• Ability to design impactful social media post templates.
• Experience in organizing online photo storage software.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $51,600.00 - $121,100.00 per year. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
