About the role
The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of enterprise marketing and brand initiatives across Centuri and its operating companies. This role is responsible for event coordination, digital & marketing analytics support, and day-to-day marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows, industry conferences, and customer-facing events
- Cook up vendor communications and contracts, venue logistics, registrations, promotional materials, shipping materials, and signage
- Build event timelines and run-of-show documents, serve as the internal event owner, and support on-site booth and event setup as needed
- Ensure all event materials, booths, and collateral present a consistent One Centuri brand presence
- Manage event budgets, schedules, and project documentation and present post-event reports
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager in multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through completion
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting summaries for review
- Support content alignment between external websites, social media accounts, and employee intranet
- Apply Centuri’s messaging framework and brand voice consistently across all written deliverables
- Manage branded premiums and collateral ordering, overseeing end-to-end process from ordering, shipping to billing as needed
- Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and content repositories
- Support Marketing Manager with marketing project management and cross-functional coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the utility, energy, construction, or infrastructure services sector is preferred
- Experience with design or presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Intranet/Sharepoint)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally within an industrial, infrastructure, or professional services environment
- Experience coordinating logistics for in-person events, trade shows, or conferences
- Strong project management instincts, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously without losing track of details
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience adapting tone and content for different audiences and formats
- Proficiency with standard marketing and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, social media, project management platforms, email marketing platforms)
- A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and comfort working independently in a remote environment
Qualifications
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
