The Marketing Communications Specialist supports client initiatives related to product innovation, merchandising, and promotions. Key Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing communication strategies to engage students, parents, and administrators.Acting as a liaison to ensure transparent community communication.Creating and managing content such as newsletters, announcements, and social media posts.Establishing feedback channels to improve communication efforts.Collaborating with teams to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.Utilizing tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, web platforms, and videography.Influencing without formal authority to support program implementation and best practices.Managing multiple projects with strong time management skills.Adapting to changing job duties to meet organizational needs. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of product, marketing, or merchandising experience.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or marketing.Proven ability to boost sales and measure ROI of programs.Proactive, strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills including presentation and client interaction.Proficient in social media and MS Office tools.Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
