Marketing Specialist
About the role
The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting marketing team initiatives, campaigns, and programs. This role serves as a key relationship lead and marketing point of contact for assigned lines of business, primarily focusing on advisor-based business units such as mortgage, business banking, and wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned business units, building strong partnerships and providing strategic marketing support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, sales priorities, and member needs, translating them into effective marketing initiatives.
- Develop marketing plans and project briefs that support campaign execution and business objectives.
- Cook up and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, email, and other marketing platforms.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, logistics, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Support campaign performance tracking, reporting, and analysis, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Cook up with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.
- Aid in budget tracking and expense management for assigned marketing initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of professional marketing experience.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting B2B marketing, sales enablement, business development, financial services, or advisor-focused business lines.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools.
- Understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, positioning, and campaign execution.
- Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Pay
The Target Pay Range for this position is $80,200.00-$97,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $62,400.00 - $115,700.00 annually.
