  • PAY RANGE: The Target Pay Range for this position is $80,200.00-$97,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $62,400.00 - $115,700.00 annually.

About the Role

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for efforts in support of marketing team initiatives, campaigns, and programs. This role will serve as a key relationship lead and marketing point of contact for assigned lines of business, with a primary focus on supporting advisor-based business units such as mortgage, business banking, and wealth management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned business units, building strong partnerships and providing strategic marketing support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, sales priorities, and member needs, translating them into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Develop marketing plans and project briefs that support campaign execution and business objectives.
  • Cook up and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, email, and other marketing platforms.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, logistics, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Support campaign performance tracking, reporting, and analysis, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Cook up with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Aid in budget tracking and expense management for assigned marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting B2B marketing, sales enablement, business development, financial services, or advisor-focused business lines. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools. Understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, positioning, and campaign execution. Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and vendor coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
