Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation and Campaign Management
    • Plan, launch, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, content, and events that generate qualified leads for company products and services
    • Build and manage email nurture and outbound sequences within the company CRM and marketing automation platform, including list segmentation, testing, and deliverability management
    • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, including audience and keyword strategy, ad copy, landing pages, and performance reporting
    • Coordinate lead routing, scoring, and follow-up cadence with the sales team, and report on marketing sourced and marketing influenced pipeline
    • Support account-based marketing efforts through targeted list development, campaign personalization, and coordinated sales outreach
  • Content, Web, and Search
    • Develop and manage content that speaks credibly to technical and operational audiences, including case studies, solution briefs, blog articles, product collateral, and video
    • Manage the company website, including landing page development, on-page SEO, content updates, conversion tracking, and ongoing performance improvement
    • Create, edit, and distribute the company newsletter, including gathering input from internal stakeholders
    • Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and customer communications
    • Support business development and capture teams with capability statements, one-pagers, past performance summaries, and proposal graphics
  • Brand, Social, and Events
    • Manage company social media channels with an emphasis on LinkedIn as a business development and account engagement channel
    • Manage tradeshow and conference execution end to end, including registration, personnel enrollment, booth logistics, shipping, collateral preparation, and pre-show and post-show lead follow-up
    • Maintain inventory of tradeshow giveaway items and marketing collateral
    • Maintain brand consistency and messaging standards across all customer-facing materials
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Build and maintain reporting on campaign performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, and contribution to pipeline
    • Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy
    • Analyze program performance, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations on where budget and effort should shift

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Two to four years of progressively responsible marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, technical, or agency environment
  • Hands-on experience building or supporting paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Working experience in a CRM or marketing automation platform such as Insightly, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
  • Familiarity with SEO and web analytics, including Google Analytics 4
  • Strong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to turn technical subject matter into clear, persuasive messaging
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and graphic design or video editing tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing technical or complex products to industrial, aviation, defense, or government buyers
  • Familiarity with enterprise asset management, CMMS, reliability engineering, or maintenance and sustainment concepts
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing programs or working with intent data platforms such as ZoomInfo or similar
  • Agency background with experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience using Insightly, Captivate, Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere, or similar

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Eligible to obtain a security clearance.

Pay

$26.00-$31.00 per hour
