Marketing Specialist

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support CRM and marketing automation initiatives through email development, campaign deployment, and audience segmentation. This role will build, test, and optimize automated customer journeys and personalized communications.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, and deploy automated campaigns and customer journeys.Develop personalized communications using marketing automation platforms.Support audience segmentation, data integration, and campaign execution.Perform QA testing, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization.Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to support business objectives.Maintain campaign documentation and operational processes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Web Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.3+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or email development.Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and scripting for marketing applications.Experience with customer journey automation, audience segmentation, and campaign management.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.Experience with data integration, customer data platforms, or marketing analytics.Knowledge of email deliverability and email development best practices.Experience supporting customer lifecycle or engagement programs. #MSPTalent Full-time employees are also eligible for benefits options such as health coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401k benefits.At Advanced Group, our commitment to diversity and inclusion in every part of our organization is crucial to fulfilling our mission and demonstrating our REAL values.
