About the role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Marketing & Sales Representative who has a passion for growing business and making a difference in the lives of others. In this role, you will generate client leads, build strong referral relationships, and increase brand awareness within the community. You will play a key role in expanding our presence by connecting with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families in need of home care services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, senior centers, case managers, etc.)
  • Generate and track client leads through community outreach and networking
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and “lunch and learns”
  • Represent the company at local events, health fairs, and networking groups
  • Educate potential clients and partners on services offered by CareBuilders at Home
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into active clients
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral pipelines
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, healthcare outreach, or business development preferred
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and community engagement
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to pass a background check
