We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "ABOUT US" and "What You Will Do", "Daily Responsibilities", "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS", "Physical Demands & Work Environment – Jobsite". We need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for section headings. Only include sections with real specific content. No placeholder. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections unless present. The posting includes "Physical Demands & Work Environment – Jobsite". That could be part of Requirements or maybe Qualifications? It's not exactly a standard heading but we could put under "Requirements" or maybe "Qualifications". But we need to follow allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content: About the role: from "ABOUT US" and maybe "What You Will Do". Responsibilities: from "Daily Responsibilities". Requirements: from "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS". Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we could put education etc under Qualifications. Skills: maybe from "Proficiency with word processing..." etc. But we need to avoid duplication. Better to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including minimum requirements and physical demands), Skills (maybe software proficiency). However we must not invent sections with filler. If we include Skills, we need actual content. We have "Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software" and "Excellent communication skills...". Those could be skills. Also "Extremely organized with an eye for detail". So we can put those under Skills. Qualifications: maybe education: "Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field". Also "Applied understanding of basic marketing principles". Could be qualifications. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: About Us paragraph: description of company. What You Will Do: description of intern role. Daily Responsibilities: bullet list under Marketing and Sales. Minimum Requirements: list of bullet items. Physical Demands & Work Environment – Jobsite: paragraph describing demands. We need to output HTML with

headings and appropriate

or

  • . We must not include navigation etc. Let's craft:

    Skills

Excellent communication skills; pleasant, personable, and dependable; extremely organized with an eye for detail; comfortable multitasking in deadline‑driven environments; proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

    Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; applied understanding of basic marketing principles.

But we have duplication: Requirements already includes education etc. Qualifications may be redundant. Perhaps better to put education under Qualifications and other items under Requirements. Let's split: Qualifications: education and basic marketing principles. Requirements: multitasking, organized, communication, proficiency software, live in Kalamazoo County. Skills: communication, organized, multitasking, software proficiency (maybe overlapping). Could be okay but we might avoid duplication by not having Skills if it's same as Requirements. However we need to include Skills only if we have distinct content. The posting mentions "Excellent communication skills and be pleasant, personable, and dependable" and "Extremely organized with an eye for detail" and "Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software". Those are skills. So we can have Skills section with those. Requirements could be the other items: "Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment", "Live in Kalamazoo County". Also maybe "Applied understanding of basic marketing principles" could be qualification. Let's decide: Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Applied understanding of basic marketing principles. Requirements: Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment; Extremely organized with an eye for detail; Excellent communication skills and be pleasant, personable, and dependable; Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software; Live in Kalamazoo County. Skills: maybe we can omit Skills to avoid duplication, but we already have communication etc in Requirements. Could still have Skills but it's okay if overlapping? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Overlap may be considered thin? Better to combine. Let's make Requirements include all those items, and drop Skills section. Qualifications separate education and basic marketing principles. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. Physical Demands & Work Environment – Jobsite: where to put? Could be under Requirements as well (physical demands). Or maybe under a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed headings. Could incorporate into Requirements as a bullet list. Let's add under Requirements a subsection? Could just add bullet items under Requirements for physical demands. But we need to preserve all info. We'll add a bullet list under Requirements for physical demands. Thus Requirements will have two groups: maybe we can separate with a

    intro then

. But we can just list all. Let's extract physical demands paragraph: It's long. We'll need to include as bullet points? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The physical demands is a paragraph describing demands; not a list but we could keep as

. However it's a description; we can keep as

        under Requirements. Thus Requirements:

Physical Demands & Work Environment – Jobsite: ...

plus other requirements as list? Might be messy. Better: Keep Requirements as list of items (education etc) and add a separate section for Physical Demands? Not allowed heading. Could put under "Requirements" as a

        after the list. Let's do:

        Requirements

        • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
        • Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
        • Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
        • Extremely organized with an eye for detail
        • Excellent communication skills and be pleasant, personable, and dependable
        • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
        • Live in Kalamazoo County

Physical Demands & Work Environment – Jobsite: While performing this job, the employee may be regularly required to drive to and from the jobsites/assigned locations, sit, walk, stand, talk, hear, and smell. A major portion of the employees’ tasks requires extensive walking around the jobsite, including active construction areas. The employee is required to traverse uneven terrain and work from ladders, scaffolds, and other structures, as well as work at variable heights. The employee is frequently required to use hands to handle tools, controls, and for fine motor coordination like computer work. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This Position Description reflects the position’s essential functions and does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

That preserves all. Now About the role: we already have two paragraphs: About US and What You Will Do. Could combine into one

with both? Better to keep as two

under same heading? The heading applies to section; we can have multiple

. That's fine. Responsibilities: we have nested lists; we need to output

        • for any list. The nested list is okay. Let's craft final HTML. Check no boilerplate: we removed EEO etc. We kept all substantive info. Make sure not to include job title heading. Not include Job ID. Now output.
