Job Duties

• Responsible for high-volume outbound calls to our database
• Qualify and rate prospects via phone and email – with the ultimate goal of passing qualified prospects to the marketing team in an efficient and effective manner.
• Accurately record information and details of correspondence in our CRM system.
• Maintains CRM database
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Aid in preparing direct marketing campaigns for delivery
