Marketing & Sales Intern - Paid Internship

About the role

This is the perfect opportunity for current or former caregivers who are looking for office experience, career growth, or a position between caregiving assignments. You’ll work alongside our leadership team, learning how to build referral relationships, educate the community, and help families find quality home care services.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, senior communities, and community organizations to introduce ComForCare’s services.
• Build relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals.
• Represent ComForCare at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources.
• Aid in social media marketing and community engagement.
• Help distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
• Track marketing activities and referral leads.
• Learn the sales process for home care services.
• Support office operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
• CNA, PCA, HHA, DSP, or Experienced Caregiver preferred.
• Passion for helping seniors and their families.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and social media).
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
