About the role
The Marketing & Sales Intern will support the New York team with marketing, sales support, project coordination, and fragrance library management. This role offers hands-on experience within the fragrance and beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with creating marketing materials, fragrance pyramids, presentations, and competitive analyses.
- Support the development and organization of the fragrance library.
- Manage and track fragrance submissions, competitive samples, and new product launches.
- Assist the sales team with sample requests and projects in Formpak.
- Support administrative functions, including project tracking and client communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
