Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support
    • Aid in the coordination of prospective client inquiries and sales opportunities.
    • Create proposals, presentations, contracts, and supporting sales materials.
    • Coordinate proposal mailings and follow-up communications.
    • Schedule introductory meetings, presentations, and conference calls.
    • Maintain accurate prospect records within the CRM system.
    • Track proposal status and generate sales reports.
  • Lead Development & Client Relations
    • Collaborate with Church Relations Specialists for timely follow-up on qualified leads.
    • Follow up with prospective churches via phone and email.
    • Cultivate prospective clients through consistent communication.
    • Maintain relationships with current and past clients.
  • Marketing Support
    • Participate in email marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
    • Update marketing materials, brochures, and presentation documents.
    • Aid in maintaining prospect, client, church hierarchy, supplier, and referral databases.
    • Prepare monthly marketing and sales reports.
    • Support the creation of website and social media content.
    • Assist with competitive research and annual competitor surveys.
  • Administrative Support
    • Generate monthly marketing and sales reports.
    • Maintain proposal templates and company literature.
    • Contribute to competitive research and annual competitor surveys.
    • Coordinate various marketing and sales projects.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities.
    • Professional telephone presence.
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Experience with CRM software (ACT!, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
    • Strong and active Christian faith and commitment to the company's mission and values.
