About the role

The Marketing & Revenue Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing revenue operations across multiple sales channels. This position is responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to optimize revenue operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to streamline operations.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and tools to enhance revenue operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with SQL and other database management tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and their integration with revenue operations.
  • Understanding of financial metrics and their impact on revenue operations.
