About the role
The Marketing & Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to optimize revenue streams and marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with sales teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing analytics, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience with CRM systems and data visualization software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of financial metrics and their impact on revenue
