About the Role
The Marketing Reporting Analyst operates within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. This role focuses on ensuring data and reporting reliability, maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing reporting with dashboard reporting, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action within marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Review and track status documentation for marketing reporting, maintaining a visible audit trail of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Document data validation processes with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all marketing reporting activities.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of marketing operations.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when reporting depends on external confirmation rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs combine workflow management, data validation, and deadline management to keep work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in using logistics workflow tools (e.g., Park 6) and data analysis within a marketing context.
- Strong ability to maintain data accuracy and meet deadlines.
- Experience in documenting process compliance and issue escalation decisions.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on marketing reporting and data reliability.
- Ability to keep confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
