About the role

The Marketing Proposal Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing marketing proposals to support business development efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing proposals for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Research market trends and competitor strategies to inform proposal development

• Ensure all proposals meet company standards and are compliant with legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or proposal writing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with proposal management software is a plus
