Marketing Project Specialist
Job Description
Position is primarily responsible for supporting the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing print and digital marketing projects. Position will also be responsible for tracking project timelines, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, communicating project updates, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule and within budget. Position will be in charge of managing project workflows, preparing documentation for review and approval processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting project financial tracking and administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Looking for candidates from Entry-Level to 4 years of experience!
- Bachelor's degree is required!
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required!
- Previous project management experience supporting similar workloads is preferred!
- Experience in an advertising agency, marketing environment, or regulated industry is preferred!
