Blacksmith Agency builds websites and runs growth programs for clients across the US. As Marketing Project Manager at Blacksmith, you own delivery across our client work. Depending on your background this leans web or marketing, and we are open to both. You keep projects on time and on budget, keep clients informed, and keep internal teams unblocked and moving. This is a delivery seat for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to the finish.

What You Will Own

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate designers, developers and marketers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of project management, ideally in a digital agency.
• A track record delivering web or marketing projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.
