Marketing Project Manager

Our software development client is looking for an organized and adaptable Marketing Project Manager to help the Growth Marketing team keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. This is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week for approximately 10 weeks. The position is hybrid, with onsite work is Scottsdale. Responsibilites: - In this role, you'll help manage projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders. - You'll make sure everyone knows what needs to happen next, track deadlines and responsibilities, follow up on outstanding tasks, identify roadblocks, and help keep work on schedule. - Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to work with people across different teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams. - Coordinating a marketing technology implementation that requires support from web development and approval from security and legal teams. - Organizing a pilot program with an external vendor and internal sales stakeholders. Requirements: - Managing updates to Salesforce that need to meet the needs of both external partners and internal teams. - You'll work on a mix of larger strategic projects and occasional administrative tasks. - The client is looking for someone who enjoys tackling new challenges, can quickly identify the right people to involve, creates structure and clarity where needed, and stays proactive in driving projects to completion. - Great communication skills and someone who is a self starter.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
