Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules; track progress and adjust plans to mitigate risks and dependencies.
  • Manage work allocation and execution in Workfront, including task creation, status updates, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Cook up cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, operations, and external vendors, facilitating meetings and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as appropriate and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure quality control and deliverable acceptance through defined review and testing processes.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices in project management, including documentation, post-project reviews, and lessons learned.
  • Support budget tracking and vendor management activities, including forecasting and cost control.
  • Champion change management activities where required, preparing stakeholders and communications to support adoption and minimize disruption.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing projects with full lifecycle responsibility and a consistent record of successful project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools, proficiency in Workfront preferred but not required.
  • Strong skills in timeline development, schedule management, and dependency identification.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven problem-solving and risk mitigation capabilities with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and basic financial tracking in projects.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Nice to have: experience in Financial Services, Change Management, and Marketing Operations.
