The Project Manager at AVIXA is responsible for overseeing marketing projects from initiation through completion. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, creative team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with AVIXA brand standards while maintaining clear communication and efficient workflows.
About the role
- Work with internal stakeholders to complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Projects include (but are not limited to) print collateral, social media/digital graphics and email templates.
- Communicate daily, electronically, and via phone with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency on deadlines/deliverables.
- Avoid resource conflicts and allocate resources accordingly.
- Work directly with internal and external graphic designers and email specialists.
- Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
- Develop project timelines and set milestones to ensure critical dates are met.
- Oversee the lifecycle of three key software platforms—Webdam, Wufoo, and Zapier—coordinating updates, enhancements, integrations, and stakeholder communications to ensure each platform effectively supports business needs.
- Work with commercial print vendors on occasion to submit print files, proof print files, and ensure timely mailing (when applicable).
- Administer the organization's online apparel store through Lands' End, coordinating product offerings, ensuring timely updates and fulfillment, and responding to staff questions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years working in a project management role and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Working knowledge of Adobe CS – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Basecamp, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar project management system.
- Working knowledge of Canva.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder (internal and external) communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
- Clear understanding of print and digital best practices.
- Passion for process efficiency and continuous improvement, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.

Pay
The starting base pay range for this position is $83,000-$88,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with candidate's experience.
Schedule
This position is eligible for full benefits, as well as the Manager level annual incentive bonus program.
