Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and strategic goals.
- Utilize tools such as Asana, Basecamp, and ActiveCampaign to track tasks, monitor performance, and manage project plans and milestones.
- Cook up requests for digital marketing and field marketing, including print production, flyer design and printing, and event logistics, to align with project objectives.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly planning, and biweekly review meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment, track progress, and resolve issues.
- Facilitate the preparation of weekly IDS (Issue, Discussion, Solution) to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, contractors, and client stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable plans.
Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
- Ensure all deliverables, including marketing collateral and campaign outputs, meet project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across teams, including resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Conduct quality control reviews to connect deliverables with project objectives and ensure high standards are consistently met.
Data and Reporting
- Track project performance and campaign outcomes using dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights and ROI analysis for stakeholders.
- Monitor client outcomes, align efforts with Statements of Work (SOWs), and refine strategies through data-driven recommendations.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize results and guide data-informed decision-making.
Training and Team Enablement
- Train and support team members on tools, processes, and methodologies, promoting best practices and alignment across the organization.
- Maintain an organized repository of templates, documentation, and learning materials to foster collaboration and ensure accessibility.
- Educate cross-functional teams on industry trends, project insights, and system updates to encourage continuous learning and innovation.
