Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The Marketing Project Manager will oversee multiple marketing projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30–50 concurrent marketing projects from initiation through completion.
• Cook up project timelines, tasks, assignments, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities.
• Track project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between marketing, creative, data, analytics, agencies, and other business partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project workflows and processes.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status updates.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Support multiple marketing teams ("Pods") and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Adobe Workfront, Monday, JIRA, or Asana.
• Experience in a marketing, advertising, agency, or creative services environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mortgage, lending, or banking industry experience is a significant plus.
• Background supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront is helpful but not required.
