Marketing Program Specialist

About the Role

Brightspot Incentives & Events, an Irving-based incentives & events agency, serves Fortune 1000 clients to drive performance improvements and engagement through incentive travel, meeting planning, sales incentive programs, and engagement campaigns. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Program Specialist to support client-based sales incentive programs and promotional campaigns. This individual will collaborate with their program team, web developers, graphic designers, and suppliers to support the operational execution of their assigned programs.

Responsibilities

• Work with program staff to implement and administer sales incentive programs and promotional campaigns
• Provide email and telephone support for program participants
• Interact with IT staff to develop and customize program websites
• Work with graphic designers and printers to design, produce, and distribute print pieces
• Coordinate on-site logistics and event management
• Recommend creative solutions and develop best practices
• Communicate project statuses to program manager

Requirements

• Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability in managing multiple/competing priorities
• Creativity in written communications and collateral
• Event coordination experience
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some travel required
