Marketing Program Manager - Finance, CRM, campaign

This is a freelance-to-full-time or direct-hire position based in El Segundo, CA with a hybrid schedule (3 days a week onsite).

About the role

In this role, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position requires close collaboration with other individuals in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact between product owners and the Marketing team.
• Actively participate in business unit and/or finance-led meetings as appropriate.
• Develop, ideate, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing programs (including post-campaign analysis) to achieve the strategic goals of products and segments.
• Write benefit-driven messaging that resonates with intended audiences.
• Manage incoming requests and projects from a variety of sources. Align requests with marketing priorities, identify necessary resources, track asset progress in ticketing system, and update the marketing calendar.
• Provide support including invoicing, contract renewal dates/reviews, reporting, and general competitive positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing program planning and execution, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of independent thought, executional success, and revenue generation results.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and email marketing programs.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
• Must be physically located in and perform the work in the United States.
